Privacy Statement

Stewart Title Group DC, its employees and its affiliates must collect information about clients to conduct business. Sources include:

• information received from clients,
• information received from third parties to verify statements clients have made or other relationships, and
• information about transactions with STGDC and with other companies.

STGDC, its employees and its affiliates may share all the information collected within STGDC. Examples of this information may include identification information and transaction and experience information.
