R. Bradley Runyan, Esq.Bradley has over twenty-six years of experience in real estate law beginning as an abstractor and title examiner for Minnesota Title while attending law school at night. Currently the managing attorney of Stewart Title Group, he built his practice as a settlement attorney and manager with Sentinel Title and as a settlement attorney with both Heritage Title and First American Title. Bradley's understanding of the value of title insurance stems from his experience managing title insurance litigation as a senior associate with Conroy, Ballman & Dameron. Prior to that he handled underwriting and claims throughout the mid-Atlantic region before becoming assistant regional counsel for Chicago Title in the Baltimore, MD and Fairfax, VA areas. Bradley began his career as a sole practitioner in real estate and title insurance matters in Minneapolis. Bradley is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Minnesota. His memberships include the American, District of Columbia, Maryland, Minnesota, Virginia, West Virginai, Montgomery County and Anne Arundel County Bar Associations. Bradley is also active with the District of Columbia Land Title Association and Maryland Land Title Association. He currently does pro bono work for The Whitman Walker Clinc and Food and Friends in Washington DC. A native of Minnesota, Bradley is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and Macalaster College, both in St. Paul. |

John Gilbert, Esq.John, a Washington, DC native grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland and attended the Landon School in Bethesda. He earned a B.A. in History from the Claremont Colleges in Southern California and received his JD from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1992. John is licensed to practice law in Maryland and is an active member of the Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a licensed title agent in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. John has taught continuing education classes including a seminar on real estate ethics and was a class instructor at the inception of the realtors new state of the art property information system- MRIS. With over 15 years of real estate experience, John is an expert in keeping his transactions seamless and the parties at ease. "Maintaining an air confidence and congeniality is the key to a successful real estate closing." Whether handling a complicated commercial transaction or a loan refinance, the approach is the same. Each client deserves the same personalized attention, information and guidance they need. John's approach has paid off in his practice and he continues to grow a long list of satisfied realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and two boys. |

Mandisa Berry, Esq.As a settlement attorney, Mandisa conducts residential sale and refinance closings and also reviews title abstracts, working to resolve any title defects, such as existing liens or open trusts. She examines recorded documents and preliminary HUD-1s for accuracy and fields questions from clients and agents. Her several years of experience as a settlement attorney make her a great asset to Stewart Title Group. Mandisa earned a B.S. in Finance at Hampton University and then her J.D. at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and is a title agent in Virginia.

Chris LuckettChris manages Stewart Title Group’s commercial closings, personally handling every detail from start to finish. With over eight years of experience in accounting, banking and real estate, Chris draws on a broad range of experience to provide the service and attention his clients demand. He started with Stewart Title Group in 2003, helping to open the office and establishing all of the financial and post-closing procedures. In addition to his commercial closing responsibilities Chris continues to oversee financial operations for the firm. Chris is active with the DC Land Title Association. He sits on the board as Treasurer for the Magazine Publishers Family Literacy Project. Chris earned a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Cincinnati. |

Amy GausmanAmy has been with Stewart Title Group since the office opened in April 2003 and has been with R. Bradley Runyan since November 2001. Amy was born and raised in Nebraska, attending Nebraska Wesleyan University where she obtained a B.A. in History. In 2004 Amy attended Georgetown University and received her certificate in Paralegal Studies. Currently Amy manages the pre-settlement department; reviews title searches, resolves title issues; and ensures closings occur in a timely manner.

Susan GreskoSusan joined Stewart Title Group in March 2010 as a transaction manager in the pre-settlement department where she coordinates all communication and documentation for purchase and refinance closings. Susan is originally from Annandale, VA. She graduated with a B.A. in Dance from George Mason University and teaches ballet classes for adult students throughout the DC metropolitan area. In 2009 she earned her certificate in paralegal studies from Georgetown University.

Rehanah TrumboRehanah Trumbo joined Stewart Title Group in May of 2010 as a transaction manager in the pre-settlement department. Rehanah was born in New Jersey and moved with her family to Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1983, where she graduated from James Madison University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. She has over 10 years of real estate title experience and is licensed title agent in Virginia and Maryland.
